Artists are given a lineage of beautiful places and things created by man and nature: from pop-culture and everyday
symbols resonating from our urban landscape, to images of beauty gifted to us by nature, to sacred icons and art that hold
a universal power...everything is a gift.
I have created Nouveau Tees to express these inherited images. The tshirt is my
canvas, our world is my inspiration...

When you meet me, most likely I'll be sporting one of my designs on a tank top, paired with a
vintage wrap skirt and chuck taylors. I am an urban explorer, I love to stroll through the `hoods, markets, and thrifts
to discover unique design inspirations!
Sourcing for my vintage collection and for my online vintage shop called TheAbsintheRoom.com, I find
so many great design ideas. Every day I say to myself "I'd love to put that on a shirt," and with Nouveau Tees
that's exactly what I do!
Nouveau Tees is all about creating fun and eclectic designs.
My tshirt graphics are inspired by vintage fabric, art and antiquity,
creating clothing that is as unique as the wearer.

from the past and present create a collective culture of art and ideas, a continuum of creativity.
