How do I wash my Nouveau Tees Tshirt?

To get the most use out of your new Tshirt please use the following care and washing methods.

• Wash in cold water
• Avoid liquid detergents
• Do not bleach
• Iron carefully or inside out

Our shirts our made of 100% preshrunk cotton. Our designs are very durable and will not fade, crack or stretch during washing.

Flock designs benefit from washing. However, with Flock designs it's worth noting the following:

• Flock designs will initally pick up fluff and hair, but after a couple of washes the flock softens and any pickup should be negligible

• Flock designs soften on each wash making them settle well onto the shirt and feel nicer to the touch.

• Flock designs may look mottled straight from the wash. This is due to the fibres in the texture catching the light. This will disappear as the fibres settle once the shirt is worn for a short time.

Delivery Types & Costs

All Nouveautees orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after you have placed the order, as long as:

• We have received complete and valid payment information
(orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears)
• The product is in stock (you will know right away that an item is out of stock)
• The delivery address is complete and correct

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping service selected during the order process. The available shipping options are as follows:

Standard Shipping

Generally, shipments going to US destinations are sent via USPS standard delivery. Canadian and International shipments are shipped via USPS parcel post airmail.

Estimated delivery times for standard shipments are between 4 and 6 mailing days. Most international customers experience shipping times between 5 days and 5 weeks. Please note that standard shipments are not guaranteed and we can not provide tracking information for standard shipments.

We ship from the East Coast so Eastern states usually recieve their orders within 3-4 days

Four Day Ground

Your order will be shipped via DHL or UPS Ground. Shipping times are guaranteed and a tracking number is provided; you will receive your purchase no later than the seventh business day after your order begins to be produced (2 days production, 3-4 days ship time). We will email your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Express Shipping

Your order will be shipped via DHL Overnight Express Delivery or UPS Overnight. We will notify you by email with tracking details for your shipment once your order has been sent. This delivery option is guaranteed; you will receive your purchase no later than 3PM on the third business day after your order begins to be produced. Please choose Express during checkout to check rates for your area. Free shipping is not offered for Express.

Please note these two important points regarding Express Delivery:

1) In the event that an article in your order cannot be produced because we do not have your chosen size or color available, our Customer Service team will make every attempt to contact you by email or by telephone to suggest alternative choices. Should we not be able to contact you in time to ensure that your order ships within the time frame of your guaranteed shipment, we will use our best judgment to replace the product. In these instances, we will notify you by letter with your shipment to explain the changes.

2) Express Delivery cannot be shippped to P.O. Box addresses. If you have entered a P.O. Box address and chosen Express Delivery, your shipment is likely to be delayed and can not be gauranteed. In this instance, or in the unlikely case we cannot ship according to the terms you selected within two business days of producing the order, we will reimburse the additional shipping costs to you and ship your item via Standard delivery.

How long will my shirt take for delivery?

Products are generally ready for shipping within 24-48 hours. Actual shipping times depends on the options you choose when checking out. In rare cases, and for very large orders this time can be prolonged. We cannot control the delivery times of USPS but most customers recieve their products within 4-5 days using Standard Delivery.. Why do the prices for certain shirts and designs vary?

Some Nouveautees designs are more intricate to print than others. Metallic or sparkle flex inks are a little higher to produce than regular vector flex and flock. There are also varying shirt styles that cost more to manufacture (ie. American Apparel brand is more expensive than Fruit of the Loom). We try to minimize our costs where possible, while still maintaining the quality of the original designs and products.
